We are made up of about seven guys. We range in the ages of 12-17. We practice once a week, and do at least two shoots a week; if not more.
We are located in Windsor Ontario. We are always looking for new members to join.
I myself have started this federation. We started off on
trampolines, and then ended up doing it on mats, now we do it on the ground! We are called the EHW because we are Extreme Hardcore Wrestling!
